I spent two months researching heating and cooling systems and receive quotes from half a dozen different companies. I have hired many different contractors for my business as well as doing much of my own work. I found the process of finding the correct system much more difficult then most. I ran into companies trying to charge much more than market value and giving advice that just didn’t make sense. West Temp heating and cooling was recommended to me by a company that installs industrial systems into commercial buildings. West Temp is a small company that employs two very experienced individuals. The service was excellent as Jeff came to my home and spent time explaining the system he was going to recommend. The job was completed on time and on budget. Their prices were excellent and they took great care during the installation. Three weeks after the job is complete Jeff Contacted me back to ensure that we were happy and answer any questions that we had. I would highly recommend this company.

Jeff identified a potentially hazardous venting set up in our house and was able to fix it and install a new water heater (which we needed) on time and on budget. We are thankful because he was the only company that identified and informed us of this potentially catastrophic situation.

Highly recommend Jeff and his team. They installed a ductless heat pump in our house, walked us through the options, and were easy to communicate with. The install looks clean and tidy and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Jeff and his team installed a Carrier ductless heat pump with 2 heads in my mobile home.  They did an excellent job and I’m very happy, especially now that we’re having another heat wave!  His quote included everything, including the removal of my old heat pump and the electrical service required for the job.  The job was done in one day and they cleaned up totally after themselves.  I highly recommend them.

Jeff and crew installed a fujitsu ductless system for me.  Very professional, polite and the work was neat and tidy.  I would recommend west temp, if your looking for an honest heating contractor, who takes pride in there work.

Used Jeff for our hot water tank replacement and was very impressed with that job. Had him come in and do our new AC and it was installed promptly, and he and his team did an outstanding job. Quote was very fair and he came in right on budget again. Very impressed with the quality of work and the results have been a cool and comfortable home. Out of the 5 quotes that I got, these guys were the ONLY company that didn’t try to cheap out and offer my Flex Copper Tubing for my Supply Line.  They exuded quality and perfectionism in all their work, which fit well with what I want for my home.  Their price was very competitive with the others, for a far superior installation.  After this experience, I wouldn’t go with any other company.

Jeff from West Temp Heating and Cooling did an installation of a new propane furnace, air conditioning unit and a hot water tank.  He and his crew did an excellent job.  Very patient with us when explaining the relatively complicated thermostat.  He will come back next year to do the yearly maintenance which includes a new Hepa furnace filter. Cleaned up after themselves. Totally awesome, very happy with  Jeff and West Temp.
